Bo Burnham and Bojack Horseman were former college friends and lovers who had drifted apart due to their differences in political beliefs. However, as Christmas approaches, Bojack realizes that he still has feelings for Bo and reaches out to him in hopes of reconnecting. Bo is open to the idea, and the two spend the holiday season together, trying to find common ground and rebuild their relationship. On Christmas morning, Bojack gives Bo tickets to see one of his favorite bands, Daft Punk, in concert, and the two spend the day preparing for the show. As they attend the concert, they feel happier and more connected than they have in a long time, and realize that love is more important than politics.
